Barbed Wire Fencing

Barbed wire toppers and standalone lines for real security and dependable livestock containment across East Tennessee and North Georgia.

Barbed wire has kept cattle in and trespassers out for well over a century because it works. Whether you need a security topper on a commercial perimeter or a full run of livestock fence across a pasture, All American Fence installs barbed wire the right way — tight, properly braced, and built to hold. We have been fencing farms and businesses across East Tennessee and North Georgia for more than 26 years.

Barbed wire toppers for added security

One of the most cost-effective security upgrades a business can make is adding barbed wire to the top of an existing or new chain link fence. Mounted on angled extension arms — single-arm out, or a V-shaped arm for a serious deterrent — two or three strands of barbed wire raise the effective height and make the fence far harder to climb.

We install toppers on commercial, industrial, and utility perimeters throughout the region, and we can add them to a fence we build or to one you already have.

Standalone barbed wire for livestock and boundaries

For agricultural use, a standalone barbed wire fence is a proven, economical way to contain cattle and mark a boundary across a lot of ground. We set solid corner and brace assemblies — the H-braces and corner posts that a barbed wire fence lives or dies by — then stretch each strand tight and staple it off at consistent spacing. A properly braced and stretched fence stays tight for years; a poorly braced one sags by the next season.

We build multi-strand fences at the strand count and spacing your livestock require, on wood or steel T-posts to suit the terrain and budget.

Built tight, built to hold

The difference between a barbed wire fence that lasts and one that fails is almost always in the bracing and the tension. We do not shortcut either. Corners and ends get real brace assemblies, wire gets stretched to proper tension, and everything is fastened off cleanly so the fence does its job through hard use and hard weather.
